Mental Health Workshop for Life After High School
EnCircle is excited to offer its first Mental Health Workshop beginning Fall 2024. "Explore Your S.E.L.F" offers young adults an opportunity to understand themselves better regarding their Safety, Emotions, Loss and Future and the impact this has on them as they transition to their next chapter.
The six-week program will meet virtually once a week starting in October 2024. The cost of the program is $300. Groups are limited to 10 participants.
