EnCircle does not approve families who are seeking infant adoptions, private adoptions, or out-of-state adoptions. We are happy to assist families looking for adoptive placements by referring to our partner agencies.

Referrals

We strive to match youth in care with enCircle Treatment Foster Families who will provide the best support based on the youth's past experiences and current needs. To make a referral, please email tfc@enCircleAll.org

Licensing and Accreditation

Treatment Foster Care is licensed through the Virginia Department of Social Services (DSS) and is accredited through the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Services (CARF).

How to Support Foster Families

While not everyone can become a foster parent, everyone can help children and youth in foster care. Your gift to enCircle ensures our dedicated foster families have the resources they need to build caring relationships with children who have experienced many challenges and need extra support.
