Coaching Services
Coaching Services
We offer two supportive services designed to help parents and caregivers strengthen their connection with children who have experienced trauma. Visit Coaching provides hands-on guidance during family visits to build parenting skills and prepare for reunification or prevent removal. Cultivate Parenting is a practical, trauma-informed class that equips caregivers with tools to create safe, connected, and consistent home environments.
Visit Coaching
Visit Coaching is a relationship-based, trauma-informed, and empowering approach that supports parents whose children have been removed from their care—or are at risk of removal. Unlike traditional supervised visitation, Visit Coaching is an active, strengths-based process where coaches partner with parents to make each visit meaningful and child-focused.
How Visit Coaching works
Coaches help parents prepare for visits, including how to meet their children’s emotional and developmental needs. The sessions focus on building parenting skills, strengthening parent-child connections, and helping parents manage complex feelings like anger or grief. Parents receive support before, during, and after each visit to reflect and plan for continued growth.
