Meet our Counselors

Ebony Mack

Ebony has a varied background helping children, adolescents, adults, and families that spans two decades.

Ebony holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from City University of New York and a master's degree in social work from Virginia Commonwealth University. She is trained in trauma-informed, attachment-focused, family systems, and adoption-competent methods.

With over 20 years of experience in social services, including eight years in clinical work, Ebony has been with enCircle for two years. While her caseload includes individuals from diverse backgrounds, she has extensive experience working with those impacted by adoption, members of the LGBTQ community, and individuals who have experienced trauma.

Outside of work, Ebony enjoys reading and yard work. She is a proud parent of three children—a son who joined her family through adoption and two younger children born to her.

"It takes courage to start therapy. I am eager to join you on this journey of self-understanding and healing."
