Meet Our Developmental Services Leaders
Holly Rhodenhizer, Vice President of Program Operations
Holly joined enCircle in March 2018 as the Director of Developmental Services. Holly brings over 15 years of experience in the field of developmental disabilities services, most notably directing large, complex programs, including serving as Program Director at Bellwether Behavioral Health and Director of Residential Services for Chimes, VA. Holly has a Bachelor of Psychology with a specialization in Human Services and Counseling and a Master of Business with a specialization in Marketing, both from Liberty University. She is also a graduate of the National Leadership Consortium on Developmental Disabilities.
Jama Schubert, Director of Developmental Services
Jama got her start in the Developmental Services field when she worked as an Instructor Counselor at a group home operated by Central Virginia Community Services Board (CVCSB). After two years in that role she was hired by CVCSB as a Case Manager. Jama remained in that role until she was recruited by a private provider, the Lamano Agency, in 2000. During her time with Lamano Agency, Jama held many roles and was the Regional Manager of the Lynchburg area when in 2011 Lutheran Family Services acquired the Lamano Agency. Jama currently serves as one of the Assistant Directors of Developmental Services for enCircle and oversees the Group Home program, as well as the Roanoke and Danville regions. Jama has a bachelor's degree in criminal justice and psychology with a minor in sociology from Averett College.
Andrew Miller, Assistant Director of Developmental Services
Andrew Miller started his career nearly 30 years ago as a summer camp counselor for adults and kids with developmental disabilities. His first full time job was in a group home of highly opinionated men who essentially ran the home themselves, and staff were often merely along for the ride! Since then he’s worked in a variety of day support roles, consumer-directed service facilitation, and residential services. Coming to enCircle was his first experience with Family Care Homes (also known as Sponsored Residential), and he loves how flexible and person-centered it is. He’s a father of three, husband to one, and his oldest son has autism. His son’s early intervention through preschool and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy made a major impact on his life, and inspired Andrew to complete a master's degree in special education and behavior analysis.
Luke Lemon, Director of Developmental Services
Luke joined enCircle in April of 2020 as the Assistant Director of Program Development for Developmental Services. Luke has over 12 years of experience working with people with disabilities, starting with the Special Olympics program volunteering the Richmond area. Luke worked for Good Neighbor Community Services for over 10 years in varying roles, starting as a Residential Manager, Regional Residential Manager, and Development Manager. Luke received his bachelor's degree from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2006.
