Living in an enCircle Group Home in Winchester has given Elizabeth the encouragement and support she needs to chase her dreams. At 45, she’s the first student with Down syndrome to attend Faith Bible Institute. With her 92-year-old grandma Betty as her devoted study partner, Elizabeth has flourished.

Throughout the state, our Family Care Providers support people as part of their families and communities, providing 24/7 care and support and fostering independence and relationships.

Developmental Services

Expanding our Reach

We expanded in several geographic regions during the year. Partnering with Arlington County, we began operating a new, environmentally friendly Group Home this year with five residents. We were also invited to expand into the Northern Shenandoah Valley by our nonprofit partner Marian Homes.
