Rooted in our history as a Lutheran orphanage started in 1888, the people of enCircle have a passion for including those who are often left out. We recognize that everyone in our communities does not have access to the same opportunities, so we work alongside those with complex needs to help them overcome challenges, grow and thrive.
We choose to do this work as our way of making the world a more loving place, and caring for the well-being of those who do the work is an essential part of our mission. As a proud mission partner of the Virginia Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA), our organization is open to all, regardless of faith.
