We support opportunities for full, inclusive lives

Group Homes
Our Group Homes provide round-the-clock support for women and men with intellectual and developmental disabilities in comfortable, community-based houses. Each home has 4-5 residents.

Lynchburg, Roanoke, Fairfax, Arlington, Martinsburg (WV)

In-Home Support
Our trained staff provide 1:1 or 1:2 supports for people with disabilities, usually in people’s own homes.

Charlottesville, Danville, Lynchburg, and Roanoke

Family Care Homes (Sponsored Residential)
Our Family Care Providers open their homes to one or more people with disabilities, providing round-the-clock support and opportunities for community engagement.

Charlottesville, Danville, Lynchburg, Northern Virginia, Richmond, Roanoke, Tidewater Area, South Hill, Martinsville, Southwest Virginia

Skilled Nursing
Our nursing team typically provides services in someone’s home, but may also provide care in another licensed service environment.

Licensing and Accreditation

Developmental Services are licensed through the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS) and is accredited through the Commission of Accreditation of Rehabilitation Services (CARF).

MEET OUR DEVELOPMENTAL SERVICES LEADERS

Our dynamic leadership team is both experienced and forward-thinking when it comes to supporting people with developmental disabilities. Led by Director Holly Rhodenhizer, who has more than 15 years of experience in this field, they are all passionate about fully including people with disabilities in our communities.
